SUBAXA S.A. (hereinafter, "SUBAXA"), with its registered address at San Carlos, Alajuela, Costa Rica, email info@subaxa.com, is the entity responsible for processing personal data collected through this website and the app.subaxa.com platform.

This policy is governed by Costa Rica Law 8968 on the Protection of the Person in the Processing of Personal Data and its regulations. For users in the European Economic Area, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.
