Terms and conditions of use

1. Identification

The SUBAXA platform is operated by SUBAXA S.A., with its registered address at San Carlos, Alajuela, Costa Rica.

2. Nature of the service

SUBAXA provides a platform for information, monitoring, and analysis of judicial auctions published in the Judicial Bulletin of Costa Rica, as well as professional legal support services available under specific plans.

3. SUBAXA is not a financial advisor

SUBAXA is not registered as a financial advisor with the Superintendencia General de Valores (SUGEVAL) nor as a securities intermediary. Published information is decision support and not professional investment recommendations. The final decision to invest or bid rests solely with the user.

4. Past results

Figures, discounts, and published cases are based on historical data from the Costa Rican market between 2024 and 2025 and do not guarantee future returns. Each auction is an independent process with an uncertain outcome.

5. Plans and subscriptions

• The Explorer plan is free with no commitment.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD, depending on the plan selected.
• 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we refund 100%.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.

6. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the platform in good faith, without attempting to compromise its security, without reproducing its content without written authorization, and without using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

All content (design, software, brand, text, graphics) is the property of SUBAXA or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Public data from the Judicial Bulletin retains its public nature.

8. Limitation of liability

SUBAXA is not liable for losses arising from investment decisions made by the user, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence expressly proven. Maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid for the plan in the last 12 months.

9. Modifications

SUBAXA may update these terms. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance when they involve material changes for subscribed users.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of San José, unless a different legal provision applies.
